Yogawave will replace or refund the unused product(s) if you are not satisfied with your purchase in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, wrong item delivered to you or size issue.
Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product qualifies for return only if:
- you receive the wrong item; or
- the product delivered was damaged or defective or
- the size of the product was wrong.
To raise a return request, we encourage you to reach us on email at email@example.com or WhatsApp +919021680648 and to send us the picture of the packaging and the product (unless such product is missing). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your email or message and returned product, we will ship your replacement or issue a refund for the cost of the item.
Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product and are at the sole discretion of Yogawave. If the product is not replaced, then it shall be refunded.
Refunds will be credited to original payment method, typically within 10 to 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund.
Returns will be accepted only if:
- The issue is brought to our notice within 7 days of receiving your order
- The purchased product is unopened, undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance
- The purchased product has original packaging attached
- If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo, all the items should be present
Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund or replacement will be initiated.
Yogawave holds the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements during quality inspection.
Returns will not be accepted if the issue is raised after 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns for personalised products are not accepted.
Yogawave is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges that may apply.
Any used promotional voucher (gift voucher & discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
