Your order for purchase constitutes your “order” which shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions as listed below. If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order.

- CANCELLATION / REFUSAL OF ORDER
We aim to keep every item on our Website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 3 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order (i.e orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address).
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any geographic region or jurisdiction.
- PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND COLOURS
All products offered by Yogawave-goa.com are described as precisely as possible and in good faith. However, Yogawave-goa.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Website is accurate, complete or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.
Regarding the colours, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
- PRICING INFORMATION
Prices do not include delivery fees.
While we do our best to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In this case, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, we will fully refund your money
- TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
We deliver free of charge to your door in Canacona Taluk (Agonda, Palolem, Patnem, Rajbag, Talpona, Galgibag, Cola, Chaudi…)
Delivery fees in other parts of Goa will be at your charge and will be added separately to your invoice. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the weight of the products being shipped.
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible.
Delivery in Canacona Taluk can take as little as 1-3 days. In other parts of Goa, on an average, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the payment date. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 4 pieces per product, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.
Shipping destinations offered by Yogawave-goa.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
Please contact us for deliveries to destinations outside Goa.
You are responsible for providing a full and correct delivery address. In the event of errors in the address details we cannot be held liable for inability to deliver the products ordered.
Yogawave-goa.com cannot be held liable for damage that might ensue from a product being out of stock or from delayed delivery.
For all products to be shipped the risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Refunds will be credited to original payment method, typically within 10 to 15 business days. Please review our Return and Refund Policy to understand our practices.

- JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES/SALE IN INDIA ONLY:
Unless otherwise specified, the products on the Website is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. We make no representation that products in the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. The Courts at Canacona shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
